Holland Dredge Design delivered a 750 mm (30 inch) booster station to Africa.
The booster station is equipped with a Caterpillar 3516 engine with an installed power of 2100 kw at 1600 rpm with on the front the DP750mm dredge pump and the hydraulic pump for the fans cooling system on the other side.This booster station can be operated from the dredger and also the alarms and pressures can be monitored from the dredge with the remote control. Last month we have tested the booster station 750 at the harbour and now it is ready to transport. As you can see, this is a complete booster station and we wish the customer many good pumping hours.
Holland Dredge Design is built on the knowledge of the well-known company Bagema B.V which is a former international supplier of dredging systems for the extraction of sand and gravel. Jan Bosman, the owner of Holland Dredge Design, is the former CEO of Bagema B.V.
