Cooperating with with other companies to supply two hopper dredgers
At the end of 2020, HDD was awarded the contract to supply 2 hopper dredgers for dredging the Danube River in Romania. Together with the local engineering firm Blue Line and a shipyard, we have built, tested, and delivered the 2 hopper dredgers to the end customer.Due to HDD's involvement from the beginning, many of our ideas were realized. In the end, we delivered the dredge pump, suction pipe installation complete with barge winches and draghead, all hopper and overboard valves, rainbow nozzle, and bottom doors. And as for the productivity of the draghead? It is excellent!
